That's equivalent to teaching your kid to like being hit by his brother. "I'll just give you a treat when he punches you. That'll fix this little problem". I agree that aggression towards children is something that should be addressed, but I think there are better solutions to giving treats to your dog when your child jumps on its back or yanks its tail.
