Also, these creeps are soooooo very lucky that I am not the judge hearing this case. I would absolutely throw the book at him! I wish the penalties were more harsh. It's just sickening to think that someone could do something so cruel to a defenseless creature. Why doesn't he just go off and hurt babies and the elderly why he's at it! Perhaps someone like this should be doing some hard labor on a farm for injured animals or doing some sort of service for the Humane Society.
